Europe faces many challenges and bridging the gap between the EU and its citizens has never been so crucial in times of high youth unemployment and socio-economic inequalities, euro-scepticism and fake news. How can initiatives at national and local level contribute to a better Europe?

The Eurodesk Awards 2018 Ceremony will give the space for the winners to introduce their projects and to receive their well-deserved prizes in the European Parliament under the patronage of MEP Jeroen Lenaers (EPP, NL), and with the support of the Youth Intergroup.

The Eurodesk Awards were established in 2011 to celebrate the day-to-day work of Eurodesk local multipliers, who are helping young people discover and seize the numerous opportunities Europe has to offer. In 2018, the initiative was organised for the 7th time receiving a record of 36 projects from 12 countries.
