The training course is aimed at professional youth workers and youth leaders working with local youth groups and who wish to share experiences and gain skills on youth leadership using, innovation, creativity & imagination.

Objectives:
• to share experiences in the field of innovation and creativity in youth project;
• to provide tools and methods on how to improve the leadership of a project with local young volunteer by using creativity and imagination;
• to exchange ideas on how to motivate and empower young volunteers (local or international);
• to establish new contacts and develop common projects within the frame of the Youth in Action program (transnational youth initiatives, EVS, Youth Exchanges, etc.);
• to exchange knowledge on local youth projects (info campaign, punctual youth event, local youth activity, work camp, etc.).
