Die Stiftung Deutsch-Russischer Jugendaustausch veranstaltet 2013 zusammen mit anderen internationalen Jugendaustauschorganisationen wieder zahlreiche Info- und Vernetzungstage. Die Veranstaltungen richten sich jeweils an Zentralstellen, Jugendeinrichtungen und Schulen, die sich bereits im deutsch-russischen Jugend- und Fachkräfteaustausch engagieren oder sich engagieren wollen. Im Austausch aktive Lehrkräfte sowie Jugendleiter und Fachkräfte können sich dabei über Fördermöglichkeiten informieren und in thematischen Arbeitsgruppen weiterbilden. Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung werden neue Wege nach Polen, Russland, Israel und Tschechien für Schulen, Träger der Jugendhilfe, Jugendgruppen und Gemeinden aus Bayern vorgestellt. Neben grundsätzlichen Informationen zum Jugend– und Schulaustausch wird es in den Arbeitsgruppen besondere länderspezifische Impulse für den Austausch geben. Der Anmeldeschluss ist nur ein Richtwert. Deutsch-französisch-weißrussisch-ukrainische Grundausbildung für interkulturelle Gruppenleiter/-innen

European Projects design, management and funding: how to develop a good learning project and get the fund

This structured intense course aims to improve participants’ practical skills in the design, management and funding of European projects from shaping the idea, to identify the right european programme, to design a good project to get the get the funds.
- Acquire knowledge and practical information about EU policies and funding opportunities through specific and project-oriented learning sessions;
- Improve their practical skills related to the management of the ideation and application process (including how design and write a good european project) through cooperative compilation of application forms and the analysis of successful projects;
- Learn and get guidance on the preparation and management of the financial, budgeting and contractual aspects through concrete examples and direct evidence;
- Learn best practices related the planning and implementation of the preparatory, visibility, dissemination and follow-up phases through concrete case studies and successful projects;
- Make contacts with individuals and organisations interested in developing European projects through everyday cooperation and specific activities;
- Spend one week in Italy with travel, accomodation and food covered by Grundtvig in-service training scholarship.

Interfaith Dialogue

policy makers, planners and senior technical staff from low- and middle-income countries and relevant ministries (youth, education, health, labour, justice, planning, finance, etc...);
operational staff from development agencies involved in the design and/or financing of youth programmes;
youth-led organizations and civil society representatives concerned with youth development issues.

Summer school 2013: Rights of the Child

The objective of this programme is to consider issues concerning the rights of the child that are a matter of current legal, political and societal debate, both internationally and comparatively. These include violence against children, child participation, child poverty, and child rights monitoring and advocacy. The Summer School will devote sessions to international and regional child rights law, including the work of the international courts and treaty monitoring bodies mandated to consider violations of the rights of the child. The Summer School is a highly interactive event in which all participants will be encouraged to be fully involved. The training methods include Q and A and group exercises. The working language for the Summer School will be English. The course fee is £1,000, which includes tuition, lunches and refreshments, course materials and accommodation (bed and breakfast). For participants who do not require accommodation, the course fee is £750.

The Academy provides a number of skills for young people SPEAKING POLISH to use in their groups and organizations. Europa gemeinsam gestalten

Das Seminar führt in die Förderziele und Modalitäten des EU-Programms "Europa für Bürgerinnen und Bürger" ein. Es richtet sich an Projektverantwortliche aus Organisationen, Kommunen und Einrichtungen, die in europäischen Kooperationen arbeiten (möchten). Im Seminar wird die Struktur des künftigen Bürgerschaftsprogramms (2014-2020) erläutert und ein Einblick in die neuen Förderschwerpunkte geboten. Im Fokus steht an diesem Tag die Projektförderung für zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen und Kommunen, die Anlässe zur Reflexion über Europa und die EU schaffen, Engagement für europäische Themen anregen und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten aufzeigen. Dauer: 09:30 - 17:00 Uhr Kosten: 40 Euro Für erfolgreiche EU-Projekte werden in aller Regel Partner, nicht nur aus anderen europäischen Ländern, sondern auch aus Deutschland gebraucht. Darum soll das Seminar für den Austausch und die Vernetzung der Teilnehmenden untereinander genutzt werden. Geplante europäische Projekte sowie Erfahrungen der Teilnehmer/-innen mit EU-Förderungen sollen besprochen werden.

Pilotseminar: Inklusion und Empowerment in der Internationalen Jugendarbeit

Das Seminar soll allen interessierten Fachkräften Mut zu inklusiver internationaler Arbeit machen. Der Begriff der Inklusion ist hier aus praktischen Gründen enger gefasst als Inklusion von Menschen mit Behinderung. Es wird erarbeitet, wie verschiedene Formate der internationalen Jugendarbeit (zum Beispiel Workcamps, Freiwilligendienste, Gruppenbegegnungen) inklusiv gestaltet werden können. Darüber hinaus sollen Räume für eigene Erfahrungen, für Austausch und Netzwerkbildung geschaffen und Methoden ausprobiert werden. Good-Practice-Beispiele und praktische Übungen sind wichtige Bestandteile des gesamten Seminars. Ziel des Pilotseminars ist es, über die individuelle Qualifizierung hinaus, die Internationale Jugendarbeit insgesamt in Richtung Inklusion weiterzuentwickeln und zu qualifizieren. Reflexionen auf der „Metaebene“ sind daher ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Seminars. Die Erfahrungen und Ergebnisse des Pilotseminars fließen in eine Handreichung ein. Das Pilotseminar richtet sich an Fachkräfte der internationalen Jugendarbeit, die Interesse am Thema Inklusion und Empowerment haben und ihre internationalen Programme (stärker) für Jugendliche mit Behinderung öffnen wollen. Es sollte die Bereitschaft bestehen, die eigene Arbeit und Haltung sowie die Inhalte des Seminars zu reflektieren und gemeinsam neue Ideen zu entwickeln. Summer Academy: Waves of Democracy - Beyond Borders

Die internationale Sommerakademie "Beyond borders" freut sich auf junge Interessierte zwischen 20 und 27 Jahren, die zusammen Herausforderungen und Lösungen für ein zukünftiges Europa er- und bearbeiten. Die Akademie bildet dabei eine Plattform für Dialog, Networking den Austausch von Jugendlichen, Politikerinnen, Wissenschaftlern, Journalisten und Künstlerinnen um nachhaltige Lösungen für regionale Entwicklung zu finden, beginnend mit der Grenzregion Sønderjylland und Schleswig. Während der Woche werden verschiedene interaktive Methoden wie Panels, Expertengespräche, Workshops (u.a. Participatory Citizenship and Civil Dialogue, und Youth and Social Entrepreneurship) und Studienausflüge in die Umgebung als Inspiration dienen. Die Arbeitssprache ist Englisch. Es fällt eine Teilnahmegebühr von 50 Euro an (inkl. Unterbringung), Reisekosten werden erstattet. Kooperationspartner der Sommerakademie sind die Gemeinde Sønderborg, University of Southern Denmark, Global Citizen, Europäische Akademie Berlin, Centre Européen Robert Schuman, Accademia Europeista del Friuli-Venezia, VZW MEP Vlaanderen, und die Europäische Bewegung in Serbien.
